- 1 tbsp thick caramel sauce, plus more to drizzle
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Softer apples: Microwave the diced apple 15–20 sec before mixing if you like a tender bite.
Step-by-Step
- Mix dry. In a 12–14 oz microwave-safe mug, whisk flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
