Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice, chilled
  • 2 cups cherry soda, chilled
  • 1 cup orange juice, chilled
  • ½ cup grenadine
  • Gummy vampire fangs or maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Optional: red sanding sugar for rimming, ice

Non-alcoholic by default so everyone can enjoy. Keep a small “adult add-in” station off to the side if you like (see variations).

Directions

  1. Mix: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, and grenadine. Stir well and chill.
  2. Serve: Add ice to glasses, pour in the punch, then top each glass with a splash of cherry soda for fizz.
  3. Garnish: Rim glasses with red sugar if desired and hang gummy fangs on the rim (or drop in cherries).

Smoky party moment: place the filled glasses on a tray and add a small chunk of food-safe dry ice to a bowl on the tray (not in drinks). The fog curls around the glasses—spooky and safe. Do not ingest dry ice.

Variations

  • Dracula’s Float: Add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass, then pour in the punch. Red + creamy = a dramatic float.
  • Blood Orange Twist: Swap half the cranberry juice for blood orange juice and garnish with orange slices.
  • Pomegranate Bite: Use pomegranate juice for a darker color; drop in fresh arils like “jewels.”
  • Adults-only add-ins (per glass): 1 oz vodka, white rum, or red wine—let guests spike their own so the main bowl stays kid-friendly.

Make-Ahead & Serving

  • Mix juices + grenadine up to 24 hours ahead and chill. Add cherry soda right before serving for fizz.
  • Batch for a crowd: keep the base in the fridge and set a self-serve station with ice, soda, fangs, and straws.
  • Rim trick: dip glasses in simple syrup, then red sugar. Let set 5 minutes before filling.
