Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée (not pie filling)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • ½ cup milk (or dairy-free alt.)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (+ pinch cinnamon)
  • Optional add-ins: ½ frozen banana, 1 Tbsp almond butter, protein powder, or a handful of ice for thicker texture

For party trays, double or triple the batch and pour into mini cups—top with cinnamon sugar and a tiny pumpkin candy.

Directions

  1. Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, 30–45 seconds.
  2. Taste & adjust: Add more maple for sweetness, milk for thinner texture, or ice for thicker/colder smoothies.
  3. Serve: Pour into 2 glasses. Dust with cinnamon, add a cinnamon stick “stirrer,” and enjoy chilled.

Make it jack-o’-lantern cute: rim glasses with maple syrup and orange sanding sugar, then stick on candy eyes for a kid-approved sipper.

Variations

  • Dairy-free: Use coconut or almond yogurt and your favorite plant milk.
  • Harvest Green: Blend in a handful of spinach (color changes, flavor stays pumpkin-spiced).
  • Pumpkin Pie Float: Top each smoothie with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for party vibes.
  • Protein boost: Add vanilla protein powder and a spoon of almond butter.

Make-Ahead & Serving

  • Refrigerate up to 1 day; stir before serving (it thickens slightly).
  • For a crowd, keep a pitcher of the base (without ice) chilled and blend to order with ice.
  • Great as a morning-of Halloween breakfast or a non-alcoholic party drink.
