Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (dairy or oat)

- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup brewed coffee, cooled (or 2 shots espresso + water)
- Ice

Directions
- Warm the base: In a small saucepan, heat the milk with honey and cinnamon just until warm and the honey dissolves.
- Assemble: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the spiced milk, add the cooled coffee, and stir to combine. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if you like.
No-heat option: shake milk, honey, and cinnamon with 2–3 ice cubes until the honey dissolves; strain over fresh ice and add coffee.
Quick Cinnamon-Honey Syrup
- Warm ¼ cup water with ¼ cup honey and ½ tsp cinnamon until dissolved.
- Cool and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Use 1–2 Tbsp per drink.
Tips & Variations
- Dairy-free: Oat milk is ultra-creamy and pairs well with cinnamon.
- Stronger coffee: Use cold brew or espresso for a bolder cup.
- Less sweet: Start with 1 tsp honey and add to taste.
- Hot version: Use hot coffee and steamed milk; whisk in honey and cinnamon off heat.
