Iced Cinnamon Honey Latte with a cinnamon stick

Iced Cinnamon Honey Latte

Warm cinnamon and silky honey swirled with milk over ice, finished with smooth coffee. A naturally sweet, cozy iced latte.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or oat)
  • 2 tsp honey (to taste)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup brewed coffee, cooled (or 2 shots espresso + water)
  • Ice

Tip: for a café-style look, pour the coffee in last for soft layers.

Directions

  1. Warm the base: In a small saucepan, heat the milk with honey and cinnamon just until warm and the honey dissolves.
  2. Assemble: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the spiced milk, add the cooled coffee, and stir to combine. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if you like.

No-heat option: shake milk, honey, and cinnamon with 2–3 ice cubes until the honey dissolves; strain over fresh ice and add coffee.

Quick Cinnamon-Honey Syrup

  1. Warm ¼ cup water with ¼ cup honey and ½ tsp cinnamon until dissolved.
  2. Cool and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Use 1–2 Tbsp per drink.

Tips & Variations

  • Dairy-free: Oat milk is ultra-creamy and pairs well with cinnamon.
  • Stronger coffee: Use cold brew or espresso for a bolder cup.
  • Less sweet: Start with 1 tsp honey and add to taste.
  • Hot version: Use hot coffee and steamed milk; whisk in honey and cinnamon off heat.
