Whipped strawberry cream cheese spread on bagels with fresh berries

Ingredients

  • 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 1/2 cup (80 g) strawberries, blended or very finely mashed (pat dry if juicy)
  • 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar, to taste (or honey/maple)
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and/or a tiny pinch of salt
Pro tip: For a thicker, brighter spread, replace 2–3 tbsp of the fresh berries with crushed freeze-dried strawberries. They add flavor without extra moisture.
