Whipped Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread
Whipped Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread
Light, fluffy strawberry cream cheese—perfect for bagels, toast, muffins, fruit trays, and quick desserts. Just a few ingredients and five minutes for a fresh, café-style spread at home.

Ingredients
- 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened to room temp
- 1/2 cup (80 g) strawberries, blended or very finely mashed (pat dry if juicy)
- 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar, to taste (or honey/maple)
- Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and/or a tiny pinch of salt
Pro tip: For a thicker, brighter spread, replace 2–3 tbsp of the fresh berries with
crushed freeze-dried strawberries. They add flavor without extra moisture.
