Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix
A cozy fall drink mix with pumpkin spice and instant espresso—stir into hot water for a cafĂ©-style latte in seconds.

Ingredients
- ½ cup powdered milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin spice
- 2 Tbsp instant espresso (or strong instant coffee)
Optional add-ins: Pinch of salt to balance sweetness; ¼ tsp vanilla powder for extra bakery vibes.
Directions
- Whisk. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until evenly mixed (or pulse a few times in a food processor for ultra-fine texture).
- Jar. Transfer to an airtight container and label with serving instructions.
- To serve. Use 3 Tbsp mix per 1 cup hot water. For extra creaminess, use hot milk or half water/half milk.
Iced PSL: Dissolve mix in 2–3 Tbsp hot water, add cold milk, then pour over ice. Top with Cinnamon Maple Whipped Cream if you like!
Notes & Gifting
- Keep sealed in a cool, dry pantry for 2–3 months.
- Adjust sweetness by adding or reducing sugar by 1–2 teaspoons.
