Lavender Lemonade

Floral & tangy with a sparkling finish.

Ingredients (By the Glass)

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1–1½ Tbsp lavender simple syrup (to taste)
  • 4–5 oz chilled sparkling water (or still water)
  • Ice
  • Garnish: lemon wheel, lavender sprig

Directions

  1. Add lemon juice and syrup to an ice-filled glass; stir to combine.
  2. Top with sparkling water and gently stir again.
  3. Garnish and serve immediately.

Pitcher (Serves 6)

  • 3/4 cup lemon juice · 1/2–2/3 cup lavender syrup · 3 cups chilled sparkling water · Ice

Lavender Blueberry Sparkler

Fruity, floral & refreshing.

Ingredients (By the Glass)

  • 1/4 cup blueberry juice or 1/3 cup fresh blueberries (muddled)
  • 1–1½ Tbsp lavender simple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4–5 oz chilled sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: blueberries, lime wheel, lavender sprig

Directions

  1. (If using fresh berries) Muddle blueberries in the glass until juicy.
  2. Add lime juice and syrup; fill with ice and stir well.
  3. Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish.

Pitcher (Serves 6)

  • 1½ cups blueberry juice or 2 cups muddled blueberries
  • 1/2–2/3 cup lavender syrup
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3–4 cups chilled sparkling water · Ice

Combine juice (or muddled berries), syrup, and lime in a pitcher. Chill. Add ice and sparkling water right before serving.

Homemade Lavender Simple Syrup

  1. Simmer 1 cup water + 1 cup sugar just until dissolved; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in 1–2 tsp culinary dried lavender buds. Steep 10–15 minutes.
  3. Strain through fine mesh. Cool completely; refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
Flavor control: Longer steeping extracts more floral notes but can turn soapy. Start with 10 minutes and adjust next batch to taste.

Make-Ahead, Storage & Variations

  • Make-ahead: Mix citrus + syrup up to 1 day ahead; add ice and sparkling water just before serving.
  • Herbal swap: Try rosemary or thyme syrup for a woodsy twist.
  • Color pop: A few fresh blueberries lightly muddled will blush the lemonade purple.
  • Less sugar: Use diet lemon-lime soda or extra citrus to brighten without more syrup.
