Cinnamon Pear Overnight Oats
Cozy cinnamon-spiced oats with juicy pears and chia seeds—ready to enjoy straight from the fridge or gently warmed.

Ingredients
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup milk or almond milk
- ½ cup diced pears (roasted or fresh)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup, a pinch of fine sea salt
Directions
- In a jar, combine oats, milk, pears, chia, cinnamon, vanilla (and maple/salt if using).
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours). Stir again before serving.
- Enjoy cold, or warm gently with a splash of milk.
Variation: Top with toasted walnuts or pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup. Caramelized pears are extra dreamy.
Set-up trick: Give the jar a second stir after 10–15 minutes in the fridge—this breaks up any chia clumps for a smoother pudding.
