Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup milk or almond milk
  • ½ cup diced pears (roasted or fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup, a pinch of fine sea salt

Directions

  1. In a jar, combine oats, milk, pears, chia, cinnamon, vanilla (and maple/salt if using).
  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours). Stir again before serving.
  3. Enjoy cold, or warm gently with a splash of milk.

Variation: Top with toasted walnuts or pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup. Caramelized pears are extra dreamy.

Set-up trick: Give the jar a second stir after 10–15 minutes in the fridge—this breaks up any chia clumps for a smoother pudding.
